  • Our Oxen croquettes with a spicy touch and homemade BBQ sauce.

  • Selected Amaren T-bone Ox steak, aged minimum 5 years, approx dry-aged 70 days, coal-roasted Navarra peppers with rustic potatoes (1.2kg/2.5 lbs for 2 people)

And finally…

  • Selection of Amaren cured beef from our best Galician Ox, luxury chapata bread and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Seasonal sauteed vegetable salad, burrata, pesto, almonds, cottage cheese and quince.
  • Veal sweetbreads, confit of wild mushrooms, low-temperature cooked egg, caramelized onion and white Italian truffle oil.

We continue with… (all included)

  • Fire-grilled wild tuna, chanterelle mushrooms and pickled vegetables.
  • Selected Amaren T-bone Ox steak, aged minimum 5 years, approx dry-aged 70 days, coal-roasted Navarra peppers with rustic potatoes (1.6kg/3.5 lbs for 4 people).
